Yasuní
I’m am now awake at 5:30 in the morning to catch a plane out to the eastern, amazonian side of Ecuador, to a national park called Yasuní. This trip is one of three that I will be going on with my HECUA classmates this semester. I have been so excited to go in this trip since I arrived in Ecuador and now the time has come. These trips were a big decider for me to join this program and I’m hoping they will reveal a completely different side of the world. There are even 2 voluntarily isolated indigenous groups living the Yasuní. I can’t wait to share some of photos.
