Mid terms
Although I may be studying abroad and enjoying a different world, I still have classes, which I find to be a bit more difficult to keep up with due to the large amount of distractions I have here in Ecuador. Right now we are nearing that mid term time of the semester and the only thing on my mind is what trip or what adventure shall I do next. I just realized today after class that I have to write 9 out of an eventual 20 pages of a semester long research paper, a 3 page reflection on my trip to the Amazon, create a 30min presentation on an article I have yet to read, read a few more decently sized articles, and declare a final ‘art’ project all by next week (all in spanish), while also keeping up with my internship every day. And guess what I’m doing this weekend – I’m going on a trip to a city called Baños to do some more exploring…
