    Tianna's Bio:
I'm a nursing intended major, biology/psychology minor and a part of the Honors program. In addition to school, I also work at McCarthy Manor as a CNA. In my "freetime" I like to explore Duluth, hang out with the girls, color, go to concerts, fish, hunt, enjoy the great outdoors, and spend time with my family and my boyfriend. I love Scholastica and Duluth and can't wait to spend the next couple of years here.

Home for the Holidays

It’s that time of year that we get to take a break and go home. If you live on campus, you may be wondering how you should leave your “home away from home” while you are gone. By now, Residential Advisers should have provided this information. Although requirements differ from building to building, the following guidelines apply.

  • Close and lock all windows
  • Close drapes
  • Unplug all small appliances
  • Clean your room or apartment thoroughly
  • Don’t leave perishable items behind
  • Lock your doors

Below is some additional information that may be helpful.

Leaving your Car? Park in the far side of Lot 17

Leaving your fish or plants? Bring them to Somer’s Front Desk with owner’s name and instructions for care.

Need to stay or return to campus? View requirements and complete the Request to Stay on Campus Form on the Res. Life Website.

If you have additional questions or concerns not addressed above, you should contact either your R.A. or the Residential Life office. Buildings will open for return on Monday January 16th at 10:00am.
