    Tannyr's Bio:
I am Senior transfer from the College of Saint Benedict and will be double majoring in Management and Public Relations. I hope to work for a non-profit organization when I graduate. I play volleyball at the college, which I love because of the great friends and competitive atmosphere. It builds a lot of character and has taught me many life lessons. I absolutely love Duluth, because there is always something going on to fit your mood. Transferring to St. Scholastica might have been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Home Opener

We played St. Ben’s today for our home opener. They are ranked 13th in the nation and it is also where I played my first year of college. Quite a few of the girls no longer play, but some still do and I am happy that we have a friendly competition while playing each other. The first game was a close one with a score of 22-25 ¬†(L) and sadly it kept going down after that. Our coach also decided to switch up the line-up after the first match and with so many talented girls we did start with a big lead the second game, but fell apart towards the end and dropped the next two sets. It was an unfortunate loss and every one was disappointed after how well we played in California. After the game I went to Grizzly’s with my mom and both sets of grandparents, which is another aspect of the game I love, having my family come and support me. We have two more games on Tuesday and I plan on bouncing back to our game as soon as possibly.
