    I am Senior transfer from the College of Saint Benedict and will be double majoring in Management and Public Relations. I hope to work for a non-profit organization when I graduate. I play volleyball at the college, which I love because of the great friends and competitive atmosphere. It builds a lot of character and has taught me many life lessons. I absolutely love Duluth, because there is always something going on to fit your mood. Transferring to St. Scholastica might have been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Burrito Union

I live one block away from Burrito Union who is known for Margarita Mondays and the next best thing to Chipotle. Although I am still praying they open a Chipotle in Duluth I finally decided to try BU’s food. My roommate and I walked to the restaurant and enjoyed our $10 burritos on the outside patio with the sun shining. I will admit the entree was delicious, but a little too spendy for my budget.
