The Football Team is Back

CSS’s football team has won the UMAC Conference Championship practically every year. This year they hope to get pretty far into the playoffs. Pads and what not were handed out to team meme era yesterday, marking the beginning of their in-season training. Good luck to the Saints!

Baseball Postseason

Thursday at 1pm the St. Scholastica Saints baseball team will be playing their first game in the 2016 Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Baseball Tournament against Minnesota Morris. The winner of the UMAC tournament gets an automatic qualifier into the NCAA Regional Tournament. The Saints are doing well this year and in fact just swept the #15 nationally ranked St. Thomas Tommies in a DH on Sunday (5/08/16). The Saints look to make their first NCAA College World Series appearance. So…before you head home for finals, stick around and cheer on your SAINTS this Thursday and through the weekend. Track and Field UMAC Conference Championships: My Last Meet

It’s been a great run for the CSS track team here but, unfortunately, we couldn’t score enough points to take home the conference trophy. This is the first time in about 10 years that CSS has not won the UMAC conference. It’s sad but I’m still proud of how everyone competed and I’m proud of my last season of track and field…ever.

First Day of Conference Championships

The first day of track and field UMAC conference championships is all wrapped up today. We’re headed to a hotel in Alexandria and then back out on the track at 11am tomorrow. Hopefully we can score enough points to bring home the hardware!

UMAC Track Conference Champs

Both the men’s and women’s CSS track and field teams are your UMAC conference champs for the indoor season. It was a close battle but, once again, we pulled it off. The next meet is at Steven’s Point, WI later this week for a last chance at getting personal records.
