Valuable lessons

Sunday, April 23rd, 2017

In my graduate course right now we are learning about leadership, and more specifically what qualities create a great leader. My education is training me to be a better person, and a better leader, how amazing is that? By learning about personality traits, examples, and researching leadership qualities, we are learning more about ourselves as leaders. It’s important to be honest with yourself while filling out personality finders, strength and weakness finders, and other assessments because they can reveal so much about yourself that may help you better understand what type of a leader you are. I’m so thankful for this graduate course because I have learned about being a better leader and being honest with myself about where I am and where I want to be in the future! Who are you as a leader? Do people look up to you and trust you? Do your choices reflect the person you want to be?
