Centennial Celebration

Last weekend was the Centennial Celebration kickoff. The weekend was packed with events for students, staff and the community to enjoy. The weekend included “Beethoven’s Nightmare”, meet the mushers and a drawing for THE BIGGEST PRIZE IN CSS HISTORY…which turned out to be 4 free credits and a 100 second shopping-spree in the St. Scholastica bookstore.


100 Years in the Making…

The College St. Scholastica has a long history, and a rich tradition. Being that Scholastica will celebrate its 100 birthday in 2012, I thought it would be a good idea to give a brief history of the school. While the Benedictine sisters traveled to the United States from Bavaria in 1852, they did not arrive in Duluth until 1881.
