Rainy Mornings

Past few days have been quite wet and not the most pleasant. Especially, mornings have become all the way more tough to wake up to. The dull and gloomy climate makes the perfect natural  ambience for naps . . . and I mean looooooooong naps. The crisp chilly breeze with the scents of moist soil and the upcoming green is a sensual addition to the pleasant drizzle and cloudy skies.

I have been enjoying these beautiful mornings with cups of tea and gazing my the window for hours at times. Not only does the weather slow the pace of life but also manages to pause the reality even if its just for a fraction of seconds. Setting the tone of the day to mellow, I hope to get some work and studying done, but to my fortune, I simply end up procrastinating. And TRUST ME, this weather doesn’t help with that at all. Only amplifies your ability to procrastinate if nothing else. However, I live for those few minutes of bright shinning sun peeping through the dense charade of clouds. The sun’s urge to shine and spread its happy yellow all over, is a painful scheme to witness in the sky.

Just a few more weeks, hopefully days . . . of this chasing game until we have our sun & heat back. Then on, its all paradise-like!

Hope you find ways to keep up with this gloom.
