Ending My Classroom Work at CSS

At the end of June, my 34 other classmates and myself finished the rest of our classroom work, meaning I no longer have to sit in a class room for lectures anymore! Wahoo! Needless to say, we were all pretty excited, but it doesn’t, and still doesn’t, feel real. I am continuing on to my 8th year at CSS and it will consist of 3 internships. My first one is in Mora, MN at FirstLight Hospital (8 weeks), my second ¬†one is at Glacial Ridge in Glenwood, MN (10 weeks), and my last one is at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN (10 weeks). I will finish up my internships in the middle of February and then I will graduate in May!

We celebrated finishing up our classroom work by renting a party bus. Twenty-two of us got together and spent an evening on a party bus together, bar hopping around Duluth and Superior. It was a great last fling together since we weren’t going to see each other for a while once we all went on internships.
