Best Friend Comes to Visit

The other weekend, my best friend Dani came to visit me in Rochester! It was exciting to have someone to explore Rochester with.

  • We went to Forager Brewery: They have a sustainable way of brewing and dining. They are known for their pizzas, but we each had their eggs Benedict and it was delicious!
  • I then showed her the Doggery which is that swanky speakeasy type bar that I blogged about before
  • We then checked out a couple other bars downtown that had some good music. Check them out here: The Loop and Dooley’s We definitely liked The Loop better for their music and it wasn’t as crowded. Dooley’s reminded me of Grandma’s sports garden in Duluth; it was very crowded and really hot due to all the people in there!

The nice thing about downtown Rochester, is that we felt completely safe walking from place to place and back home at the end of the night and we can walk around in the skyway.
