A Reflection on CSM Trip-Day 1
\
The first day of our trip was dedicated to travel! We flew out from Minneapolis down to Atlanta with the plan to then fly to San Antonio. However, once we got to Atlanta, our flight to San Antonio was overbooked by quite a few people. So what did us poor college students do? We struck a deal! We ended up taking another flight in exchange in for Delta flying vouchers! So a group of us took a flight from Atlanta to Fort Hood, where they shuttled us up to our house we had rented for the week for the conference. All in all, we spent an extra 5 hours at the Atlanta airport, playing cards, eating good BBQ food, and hanging out with classmates! It was a very tiring day, but it was fun at the same time!
I had blogged about Combine Sections Meeting (CSM) a while ago, but just to give you a little recap. it is a Physical Therapy Conference that second year PT students can attend. It is the biggest PT Conference in the U.S. and we get to attend a bunch of different presentations put on by different physical therapists. There is also a big expo where different vendors, companies, etc. have booths for us to check out.
