    Pat's Bio:
My name is Pat Bigaouette. I am a Senior Biology major. I run on the cross country and track teams at Scholastica. I currently live in Somers Hall as the Residential Advisor for Ground Floor North. Also, I am actively involved in Scholastica's theater program and hope to get cast in one of the four shows this season. This summer I conducted clinical research at Hennepin County Medical Center in the Emergency room. I also traveled to New York City to pick up a friend from school and, of course, saw the show "Wicked" on Broadway.

Went to the store for a thing or two…

So…went to Sam’s Club today to my some groceries for work. Probably ended up with more food than we needed, but when you’re feeding 40 Residential Advisors for two weeks, it is better to be safe than sorry. A million shopping carts and several hours in the store led us to a very cramped ride home from the store.

If you ever go bulk shopping in college and you want your groceries unpacked fast… recruit help. As we were pulling up to Scholastica the football team was headed to lunch. A quick, and rather easy, persuasion got use two very large football players with big muscles to unload the car. Lets just say the groceries didn’t take long to unpack.

Classes don’t start for several weeks, but several groups of students are already on campus. The football team arrived last week, the volleyball team is here, soccer comes later this week and cross country comes early next week. Residential life is furiously preparing for “Welcome Weekend” which is packed full of fun events and free stuff…I’ve also hear rumors of a “The Price is Right” game with some epic prizes and a large blow-up obstacle course. Can’t wait.

Early day in Residential Life tomorrow, off to bed….maybe.
