Pizza Problem

So I ended up with a bit of a problem with the pizza I made tonight. When making the dough for the pizza all the instructions say to use half a cup of water to active the dry dough, and all the times I have made pizza every time I would need about a cup of water instead of just half a cup. But tonight while making it I only needed a little more than half a cup and I didn’t know that so I followed what I did the past 20+ times I made pizza and added almost a full cup of water. The dough ended up beeing really runny and sticky and just seemed to melt all over the place on my pan. But I decided to stick with it and see how the pizza turned out, so I put all the rest of the ingredients on the pizza and put it into the oven. What I got in return was an extremely thin crust pizza that I had to fold up like a taco to be able to eat it. So overall, not that greatest meal coming from chef Neena tonight.
