Make Sleeping a Priority
Throughout undergrad and now during graduate school I’ve often made poor choices when it came to sleeping. The reasons for making these choices carried from Netflix and gaming, to going out and partying, and just plain not wanting to go to bed. While all of those things are fun to do, your body and mind will thank you for getting an adequate amount of sleep. You also will be less cranky on a daily basis. I know right now as I’m working this overnight I wish I could be sleeping.
