CSS Halloween

I’ve always Halloween. Crazy costumes and free candy, nothing better. But once you reach that age of about 12 or 13 it’s either no longer socially acceptable or you’re now “too cool” to participate. In college you’re expected to dress up and go crazy without judgment. Whether it be partying the school dance or Judy making and designing your own costume, people really get into it. It’s a blast, there’s costume contests at almost every bar in Duluth on Halloween too. So go bananas and wear whatever you want.
