Class CrossFit

Tomorrow will be an interesting lab for our class. Instead of our usual strength and conditioning lab we’ll be heading down to Impact Sports Training and go through a CrossFit workout. I’m looking forward to who enjoys it and who doesn’t enjoy it too much. I think it’s important as exercise physiology students that we understand what physical exhaustion really is. Without that experience it’s tough to understand what we’ll be putting our clients and patients through.
