When Cooking Doesn’t Quite Work

I tried to make baked mozzarella sticks. It was a simple looking recipe, I figured that it would be an easy thing to make. What ended up happening wasn’t quite mozzarella sticks, but can you rally go wrong with cheese, breadcrumbs, and italian seasoning? The answer is no, even if things kinda fell apart a bit.

Next time I’ll try deep-frying instead. But if anyone is curious, here’s the recipe I tried. It tasted good enough, but it was basically just melted cheese with breadcrumbs and seasoning.
