How to Fight a Migraine

Anyone who’s ever had a migraine knows they’re the worst. They’re especially the worst to have when you’re trying to sit in class and pay attention. Luckily, there are a few ways to try and fight them.

  1. Ignore it. Much like ignoring a schoolyard bully, maybe if you ignore the migraine, it will lose interest and stop tormenting you eventually.
  2. Find out what’s hurting the migraine. We all have problems, even migraines. Maybe there’s something troubling the migraine, and talking through the issues will make the migraine realize that through hurting you, it’s really only hurting itself.
  3. Sleep it off. Sometimes, a five hour nap is really the only thing to get rid of a migraine.
