Getting Back in the Swing of Things

After nearly a full week off, today was a struggle. I had to get up for class, I had to GO to class, and I even had to do homework. Gosh, it’s like they all think I’m a college student or something? Weird.

But then I made the mistake of making a list of everything I still have to do this semester. Which is a lot. Basically, I will not have a night off until the end of the semester. It’s the time of year where I find myself identifying with a strange person. Or rather, chipmunk. I’m sure everyone’s heard Alvin and the Chipmunks sing “Christmas Don’t Be Late.” Perhaps not everyone celebrates the holiday itself, but I’ve yet to meet a college student who does not celebrate having winter break, which of course, includes Christmas.

So, as Alvin sings. Please, Christmas, don’t be late…
