Banana Bread

When my roommate returned home from break yesterday she brought with her the best imaginable gift for an apartment full of broke college students. Food from her parents.

Considering the sad state of our fridge before her return, it was a very welcomed change.

One thing I enjoy very much is the two fresh loaves of banana bread. Baked goods are always good. They are especially good when you don’t have to be the one that makes them. They are also very good when you had a long day and don’t want to prepare anything for a night time snack.

The best kind of parents are the kind that buy their child and their child’s roommates food.
