    Mason's Bio:
My heart will always remain in the great city of Houston. That said, I've found a second home here in Duluth while pursuing an undergraduate degree. I'm on the track team here at CSS so you might catch me running somewhere on campus or doing something in the Burns Wellness Commons. I enjoy my exercise, my music, and the good people around me. Oh, and I also love food ... but who doesn't?

Pre-Meet Day

Tomorrow is the last home meet of my entire track & field career and today is key to prime my body to compete. I’m going to have to drink a little more water than usual today to completely hydrate myself for tomorrow. I also need to rest my body as much as possible so it’s a good day to read for some classes and what not. Each athlete has to help setup for the meet this evening in the BWC. I enjoy pre-meet days as they’re pretty lax.
