    Lauryn's Bio:
    I’m a nursing student with a minor in biology. I came from a land of flat cornfields and flooding, most commonly known as Fargo (yes like the movie). Although I'm from a farming state, I am a city girl at heart. I love being around people, volunteering and playing sports. I'm on the Women’s soccer team and a student senator. In my free time I enjoy bumming around with friends, attending school functions and traveling. St. Scholastica and the Duluth community are both friendly and fun places to spend this chapter of my life and I wouldn't change it for the world.

Nursing Clinical Hours

Saturday night I got to observe at the Duluth detox center for 4 hours! It was a really cool experience! I saw a multitude of different individuals come in. Some came in voluntarily and others were brought in by police officers! The most common problems I saw were alcohol and heroin related.
