Hi everyone, welcome to my Follow Me page! My full name is Laurajae Johnson, but you can call me Laura. I have been a part of the Saints community for nearly ten years, as a CSS student (twice over), as an active member of our Alumni Board of Directors, and as a counselor on our fantastic Admissions team—I am St. Scholastica through and through! Today, happiness is…

Listening to these dudes on Grooveshark.com. Saw them in concert last week and Oh. My. Gosh., they’re great. All the girls seemed to go crazy for Keith, but I only had eyes for Ryan (my boy band motto: never go after the heart throb, he’s too unavailable).

Receiving & sending Christmas cards. What is it about that gesture that makes me feel like such a grown-up?! I don’t know, but I lurve it. Now, I need to get crafty and tackle something like this or this to display all of my holiday love.

Looking forward to dinner with some MBA pals later this evening. We try to get together once or twice a month to catch up and celebrate our fabulous MBA-ness together. Tonight we’ll be dining at my old stomping grounds. I worked there for 8 whole years, which is pretty much equivalent to a PhD in waitressing, #incaseyouwerewondering.

Daydreaming/counting down the days ’til my best friend’s wedding this summer. She and her lovely husband-to-be are getting married this July in Bayfield, Wisconsin, and my other bestie and I are partnering up to share the maid of honor duties. Just ordered my dress today (Ramona in navy blue) and crossing my fingers that it’ll fit post-baby…

And speaking of, baby J is a mere 8 weeks away!
