Hi everyone, welcome to my Follow Me page! My full name is Laurajae Johnson, but you can call me Laura. I have been a part of the Saints community for nearly ten years, as a CSS student (twice over), as an active member of our Alumni Board of Directors, and as a counselor on our fantastic Admissions team—I am St. Scholastica through and through! Hopefully this website will allow you to explore our College, meet fellow Saints, and see exactly what makes our campus truly unique. Looking forward to connecting with you all soon!

Happy February 1st!

Happy February, everyone! My favorite month! It’s chock-full of goodies like Layla’s first birthday (2/11!), Valentine’s Day (2/14!), and MY birthday (2/22!). Let me know if you need any gift idea suggestions 😉

In addition, today also marks the College’s Housing Priority deadline. If you plan to live on-campus – a requirement for all first-year students who reside outside of the local Twin Ports area – you must submit both your housing/enrollment deposits and the housing contract.

The HOUSING/ENROLLMENT DEPOSITS are…

  •   – required of all incoming freshmen
  •   – guarantee your spot in our class & your dorm room
  •   – fully-refundable if you decide against CSS (let us know by May 1)
  •   – $350 and can be submitted online here.
*If you are a local student and plan to live off-campus, you must still submit your enrollment deposit ($200 total).

The HOUSING CONTRACT is…

  •   – only available online here
  •   – used to pair you up with your freshman roommate
  •   – required to COMPLETE the housing process at CSS.

*If you would like to be roomed with a friend, the two of you can request the other on each of your housing contracts & we will pair you up.

Once we have received both your deposits and housing contract, be on the look-out for a very special gift from your admissions counselor! And as always, keep us in the loop if you have questions, admissions@css.edu or 1-800-249-6412.

Stay tuned next week for an important message about your FAFSA!
