Finally finals

Welcome to finals week at St. Scholastica!

Campus seems especially quiet these days, but if you listen carefully, I think you can almost hear the frantic scribbling-in of essays and test answers (and the occasional bead of perspiration get wiped away mid-exam). You can definitely hear the whoops of jubilation as students wrap up their final exams and get ready to head back home for Christmas and winter break. {I just heard one earlier this morning!}

Finals represent the culmination of sixteen weeks of material and preparation includes, but is no limited to, cramming, caffeine-ing, and trying your very best to avoid the occasional Facebook or Netflix procrastination pitfall. Believe me, it happens to the best of ’em.

Best of luck as you wrap up those final exams, Saints! Just know that you’re so very close to three glorious weeks of winter break. Looking forward to seeing you all, refreshed and rejuvenated, for spring semester start in January.

Here in Admissions, we’re working hard to finalize everything for our spring apps. Are you thinking of enrolling this January? Be sure to track down your admissions counselor if we haven’t been in touch yet!
