Well U

Yesterday Jen texted me about going to a Well U meeting at 4:30 to get on a fitness plan with her. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I went anyway. It’s a program put on by a group on campus, WellU, that focuses on student’s health. Pretty much the program I’m in will keep us accountable and motivate us to reach our goal. Next Monday we’ll be meeting to se goals for ourselves and begin the program. We’ll touch base 3 times to see how we’re progressing. We’ll also meet once a week or every other week for information about different topics. This program is based on a point system, so going to these meetings, going to the gym, or fitness classes allows us to win points, which at the end are added up and count for prizes.
