Nursing lecture: Diabetes Mellitus

These first few weeks of nursing have been super interesting. We started off learning about cancer, and now we’ve moved on to diabetes. I know nothing about diabetes, so not only will this benefit me in my nursing career, but also I’ll gain personal general knowledge of diabetes. During clinical I’ve had a few patients who have had diabetes. There are people in my life who have diabetes, so I’ve tried to look it up before but I still never really got it., but now I have a better understanding of it. That is one of the reasons why I love nursing so much.
