One of the August Adventures programs is the Multicultural Leadership Orientation. MLO is a great opportunity for incoming students to learn about diversity, inclusivity, and social justice. With the demographics rapidly changing it’s important for students to be culturally fluent, not only does this allow you to have respect for all humans, but it gives you an advantage in your future workplace.
