At home workout plan
I joined a group on campus through WellU that helps you achieve your wellness goals. They provide tips and serve as a support group. Before we left for break we met together and talked about what healthy snacks we like to eat, and what our plans for break were. The coordinator shared a body weight workout plan– which is perfect for break since I don’t have a gym. If you’re interested in joining their office is on the ground floor of Tower right in front of the CJL (Center for Just Living).
