Easter Break
Some of the advantages of going to a Catholic (or Christian) school definitely include Easter Break. This short break that runs Thursday through Monday of the Easter Holidays is a nice time to go home.
However, the timing this year definitely includes the downfall of a lot of homework. For me personally, I had a few essays, projects and presentations due right after the break which did not make it much of a break in general.
It is easy for me to find a ride home to the cities and see my puppy as well as have time to work and spend time with my parents. Although Spring Break was only 10 days prior, the extra break was a breath of fresh air.
For those living in a dorm, such as myself, it is a good time to start emptying out the dorm room and bring things home because over the course of a year, you do tend to pick up and buy items that you inevitably do have to bring home.
All in all, Easter Break is a welcome Christian tradition for both students and Christians alike.
