Duplex living
Living in a duplex can truly have both positives and negatives. First, you can usually live with just one or two people and pay the same rates as a house with 7 roommates. Less roommates can often make life more simple in college. A downside, if you do not know the other people living in the duplex you can often times deal with noise issues, and the night before a test can be very frustrating.
