Backpack Day!
This is one group of the OT students that helped celebrate backpack awareness at the Superior middle school. We educated kids and their parents about how heavy a backpack should be (10% of your body weight) and how carrying a heavy backpack can affect them. A lot of kids liked to try out our “backpack challenge” to see if their bag was under the correct weight. We also raised awareness for OT!
