Today’s Unique Experience
Earlier today, I was running an errand for my boss (I barely remember what it was). As I was getting on the elevator I was mindless checking my phone, like most millennial do, to pass the time. As the elevator dings, I hear the distinctive voice of Marco Rubio, the Junior Senator from Florida and possible 2012 Presidential candidate, talking to a staffer. I look up and he stops his conversation, giving me, the wide-eyed unknown intern, a smile and nod before heading off to far more important things. What I learned from this encounter, always look and act professional because you never know when the next President is going to see you.
