    Jesse's Bio:
I graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and am now in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program here at CSS. I played on the baseball team at CSS for four years. I was also a statistics tutor and currently work as personal care assistant in Duluth. I love the outdoors, hunting fishing, hiking, etc. While being at St. Scholastica I have noticed the “family” atmosphere and I am truly enjoying every second of it.

Two Harbors – Family

There are a few things that our team does that makes us different from every other ball team out there. This past weekend one of those things took place. We held our annual Two Harbors team retreat. It is where we go from being a team to being a family. We are set up in a decent sized Resort room with the entire team, coaches and players. As we go throughout the day we do a variety of things from ranking past games, players and seasons. We nominate and then choose the folks we want in the CSS Baseball Hall of Fame. We learn about what makes our program different from everyone else. We take a baseball class, play games, and eventually go around sharing some of the deepest parts of our lives. As we sit there and listen to what guys have to say we end up realizing a lot of us are dealing with similar situations. As guys open up and share whats inside we learn that everyone in that room has our back and thats when we go from just being a team that plays together to a family that is supporting and always there for one another. With the season coming up in a little over 2 weeks, we now know who our family is and the goals we have set as a team.
