    Jesse's Bio:
I graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and am now in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program here at CSS. I played on the baseball team at CSS for four years. I was also a statistics tutor and currently work as personal care assistant in Duluth. I love the outdoors, hunting fishing, hiking, etc. While being at St. Scholastica I have noticed the “family” atmosphere and I am truly enjoying every second of it.

Summer Workouts

IMG_2144 IMG_2145

A big part of my summer is working out. Summer is somewhat considered an off-season, although I’m playing summer ball. It is the best time for me to get bigger, faster, and stronger so that when I get back to school, I’m ready for fall ball. I workout with a trainor who trains high school and college athletes. He started his own buisness and it has realy taken off. Warbird Training Academy is his new website where he puts up testimonials, player profiles, artciles, exercises, etc. My goal is to gain 10-15 pounds this summer and I think this is the program that is going to do it. I’ve done 3 days so far and I can’t even explain how sore I am! No mattewr how hard the workouts are, I just know that I’ always competing as a college athlete and that keeps the drive inside me going.

Set goals and achieve them! No greater feeling than the feeling of accomplishment.
