    Jesse's Bio:
I graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and am now in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program here at CSS. I played on the baseball team at CSS for four years. I was also a statistics tutor and currently work as personal care assistant in Duluth. I love the outdoors, hunting fishing, hiking, etc. While being at St. Scholastica I have noticed the “family” atmosphere and I am truly enjoying every second of it.

MPR – Duluth Food and Beverage

I have currently been out on my first clinical internship as I earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  I am currently out in Fargo, ND working in an acute inpatient setting at Sanford Hospital.  It has been a great experience thus far and in my next few blogs I will discuss a little more in detail how it has gone.

However, I feel like quite a few of my blogs in the past have dealt with places to get food in the Duluth area – and right now I am craving some of the hometown favorites like Duluth Grille, Uncle Louie’s, Mexico Lindo, Va Benne, Malt Shoppe and many more. I recently saw on facebook an audio link from MPR News with Minnesota Monthly editor Rachel Hurlton talking about Duluth’s food and beverage scene as of late.

Take a listen for yourself and check out other students and my past blogs with the #food to see just what kinds of places you can find when you are in the Duluth area at CSS.  Duluth has so many options and as a hard working student…you are going to need to fuel up!
