    Jesse's Bio:
I graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and am now in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program here at CSS. I played on the baseball team at CSS for four years. I was also a statistics tutor and currently work as personal care assistant in Duluth. I love the outdoors, hunting fishing, hiking, etc. While being at St. Scholastica I have noticed the “family” atmosphere and I am truly enjoying every second of it.

Mont du Lac Resort Tubing

Most students in the Duluth area are familiar with Spirit Mountain. They have great skiing and snowboarding runs, tubing lanes, bike trails, cabins, etc. However, there is also another top notch, smaller scale, winter recreational area just 15 minutes south of Duluth in Superior, WI. Mont du Lac Resort is a “charming ski resort, naturally sculpted by glaciers, that lies nestled among an enchanting cedar forest with breathtaking views of the St. Louis River and Jay Cooke State Park”. My girlfriend, younger brother, his girlfriend, and I had a blast racing down the tubing lanes at the Mont du Lac Resort the other night. Check out the link above for their rates/hours and be sure to compare them to some of the other winter resorts (Giant’s Ridge, Lutsen, Spirit Mountain) around for the best deal!

A quick photo at the top of the tubing lanes with my girlfriend at Mont du Lac Resort.

  1. Do you mind if I quote a couple of your posts as long as I provide credit and sources back to your blog? My blog site is in the very same niche as yours and my users would truly benefit from a lot of the information you present here. Please let me know if this okay with you. Cheers!
