I was also a statistics tutor and currently work as personal care assistant in Duluth. I love the outdoors, hunting fishing, hiking, etc. While being at St. Scholastica I have noticed the “family” atmosphere and I am truly enjoying every second of it.

Lester Park – The Deeps

You know the phrase, “Love makes you do crazy things”? Well I like to think it can be rearranged to “Grad school makes you do crazy things”.

This Saturday after exam week, after playing in the volleyball tournament and being in the sun all day it finally boiled over. It was time to do something crazy and adventurous.

Myself, and two classmates decided to head to Lester Park to see what all this talk about “The Deeps” was. I knew instantly, after watching these little kids jump off this large cliff and plunge into the pool of water at the bottom, that I was going to experience “The Deeps”.

I did it once, I will never do it again. Very scary, but I can check it off the bucket list.

Below are the two videos of my friends taking the leap of faith!
