    Jesse's Bio:
I graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and am now in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program here at CSS. I played on the baseball team at CSS for four years. I was also a statistics tutor and currently work as personal care assistant in Duluth. I love the outdoors, hunting fishing, hiking, etc. While being at St. Scholastica I have noticed the “family” atmosphere and I am truly enjoying every second of it.

Hockey Day Minnesota 2016

Duluth was host to one of the most highly celebrated days of the year – Hockey Day Minnesota. The games were played down in Bayfront where an ice hockey rink was built along with bleachers and lights. The backdrop to the make-shift stadium was the aerial lift bridge and Canal Park. The players enjoyed a large crowd of approximately 5,500.

I unfortunately was unable to attend due to other commitments, but I had some friends go and send me pictures. The one below is one of the best that was shared with me.

As someone who is out of state and not being as familiar with the game of hockey, I will let the articles below give this day it’s justice.

Happy Hockey Day MN 2016!

A picture I received from a buddy who attended the Hockey Day MN at Bayfront in Duluth. Playing in this game was Duluth East and Lakeville North. As you can see this day attract smany hockey fans and is televised , even with the help of a helicopter.
