    Jesse's Bio:
    I graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and am now in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program here at CSS. I played on the baseball team at CSS for four years. I was also a statistics tutor and currently work as personal care assistant in Duluth. I love the outdoors, hunting fishing, hiking, etc. While being at St. Scholastica I have noticed the “family” atmosphere and I am truly enjoying every second of it.

Hire Saints

At St. Scholastica we have an entire department dedicated to helping students out with their future plans. Career Services gives students many opportunities throughout the year to meet local, statewide and national buisness owners to create contacts that may lead to future internships and jobs. As you will come to find out, today’s fast-paced world is all about networking and who you know.

Career services offers many areas of assistance from writing a cover letter to nailing the preparation for that job interview! The latest hashtag that CSS is trying to get trending is #hireSaints. Career Services does a fantastic job helping students reach goals and plans that they work hard for. Recently Career Services has sent out the list of Job & Internship Fairs that are coming to the Duluth area. The teachers and career services staff really promote these opportunites strongly for the students. Their department truly cares about our futures as Saints.

Quick look into what Career Services has to offer:

St. Scholastica Career Services commits to inspire and engage students in exploring, developing and pursuing individual career paths and meaningful work.  We achieve this through:

  • Creating an environment that values the diverse students in our Catholic Benedictine multifaith, multicultural,  community;
  • Offering relevant services and resources;
  • Providing one-on-one career counseling; and
  • Collaborating with faculty, staff, alumni, and the broader professional community.
