Exercise Physiology Lab
I recently made a blog post discussing my Exercise Physiology lab. I wasn’t able to get any good photos the first lab day but I was in my most recent lab. As you can see from the photos we have some very important equipment we get to handle. Labs are meant to be hands on giving us another angle for education rather than sitting in a lecture hall learning material. This way of learning has many benefits due to the fact that labs are very instructional, give us a chance work as a group, give us the opportunity to be the test subject and view our personal results, etc.
As juniors we are finally getting into classes that really pertain to our major and certain career fields. Labs are what we look forward to during the week because it gives us the chance to use the information we learned in lecture and apply it hands on with each other. Not to mention, we almost always get a little bit of a workout in!

Myself exercising while connected to the metabolic cart to see my oxygen levels.
