Einstein Bros Bagel Shop

Last year the College of St. Scholastica updated the food options around campus including the dining halls in Somer’s dorms and Storm’s den in Tower Hall. The college also updated what used to be called Beakers, in the Science building, to an Einstein Bros bagel shop.

Although I was here all last year I have to be honest and say that I never made it to the Einstein Bros bagel shop. Despite not going once last year, I went two times last week! I was impressed to say the least! I got a cup of coffee to stay awake in class and bought a hot turkey and bacon bagel sandwich. The following day I decided I needed another cup of coffee, a hot panini, and a yogurt parfait since I forgot my lunch. While I was standing at the counter waiting to pay my eyes caught the delicious looking muffins that were on display…let’s just say they got me! I added a cream cheese frosted pumpkin muffin to my order.

Don’t be like me and wait a year to try out what Eistein Bros has to offer in the science building. If you’re struggling to stay awake or need a quick bite before class or a meeting be sure to stop by and check out the menu at Einstein Bros!

A look at the Einstein Bros. bagel shop in the Science building that has been getting me through my classes.
