I graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and am now in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program here at CSS. I played on the baseball team at CSS for four years. I was also a statistics tutor and currently work as personal care assistant in Duluth. I love the outdoors, hunting fishing, hiking, etc. While being at St. Scholastica I have noticed the “family” atmosphere and I am truly enjoying every second of it.

Cloud 9 Asian Bistro

I am back on the prowl for terrific food here in the Duluth area. This past weekend I went out with my girlfriend and her family to Cloud 9; an Asian restaurant with a hibachi grill. The atmosphere was quiet until our chef came into the scene. He cooked up a storm of food including steak, scallops, chicken, lobster, shrimp, noodles, fried rice, and vegetables. Never having been to a hibachi grille before, I must say it was quite the experience – dinner and a show to say the least! Our chef did tricks, made jokes, and made our experience one to remember. The food was delicious and the dining was exquisite!

If you are an Asian cuisine enthusiast get on down to Canal Park and check out Cloud 9 Asian Bistro.

“Saki make you happy!”

Our awesome hibachi chef, Joe, doing tricks and cooking up some delicious Asian cuisine.
