    Jake's Bio:
Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! My interests range from fishing and running to spending time in the chemistry labs with the professors. The Duluth area mixed with the professional and compassionate faculty and staff that make up St. Scholastica are, in my opinion, the perfect match up for an awesome college experience. I look forward to blogging about my future adventures!

From Boston to Duluth

Flying out of Boston!

Back to the homework…

We flew out of Boston and back to Duluth last Wednesday. The ASBMB conference was definitely an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. As for now, it’s back to homework and on to graduating! I’m currently working on my final biochemistry project. We were tasked with finding a protein of our choice, writing a 7-8 page review about said protein, and finishing up by giving a 15 minute presentation about the protein. It’s most likely the final project I’ll complete before graduating. It’s definitely a surreal feeling!
