    Jake's Bio:
Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! My interests range from fishing and running to spending time in the chemistry labs with the professors. The Duluth area mixed with the professional and compassionate faculty and staff that make up St. Scholastica are, in my opinion, the perfect match up for an awesome college experience. I look forward to blogging about my future adventures!

CSS Prepares You

Today was great! I had a meeting with the director of one of the laboratory programs at Mayo Clinic. It sounds like a fantastic program and I will definitely be applying to it as soon as the cycle opens up.

At one point during the meeting the director was discussing how competitive it is to get into the program. She asked me about my credentials and experiences at CSS and seemed very surprised and impressed when I told her about the science program at CSS. She said that I definitely had a good chance at getting in the program! Just goes to show that CSS won’t let you down when it comes to an education!
