    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Jared's Bio:
I graduated from CSS with a degree in Exercise Physiology. Now I'm in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program here. I love the active environment this school has, which makes for a great experience especially in a major like my own. Coming to this school has been one of the best decisions of my life. Not only is the school a perfect fit, the city of Duluth is so active and alive all the time, which made the selection of St. Scholastica even easier. I have made so many amazing experiences here that I cannot imagine going to any other school.

Working with a Cold

It’s amazing how much we take for granted working and living in our normal day<>day lives without a cold, and only to realize how crummy it is to have one. I’ve been taking cold medication every 6-8 hours, which puts me in a daze at work when treating my patients. Interestingly enough, I haven’t actually had a cold in 2-3 years, but since I went home this previous weekend I feel that I got sick from my little brother. I have been getting anxious as well to start my marathon training because it’s roughly four months away now. From now on, i’m not going to let a “lazy day” or “i’m tired” be excuses for not working out, especially when I am feeling well!
