    Jin's Bio:
Hi, there! I'm Jin, and I am a passionate, talkative, dessert fanatic. Poems, good books, coconut water, and action movies make me happy. If we ever meet in person, you'll definitely hear me before you see me. You'll want to ask how many energy drinks I've had, but the answer will always be zero.

Where is the Panic Button?

With the first week of the semester out of the way, I have a pretty good idea about what my professors are like, how they run their classes and lectures, and where I want to sit in each classroom. I’ve gotten used to my new course schedule, and the feeling that I’m still in break mode has finally left me.

And the feeling of panic is starting to set in.

Thinking about all of the due dates on each syllabus and the projects and assignments and essays and tests and everything else stresses me to no end. I start to wonder if I’m going to be able to make it out of here alive, with my sanity and self-esteem intact. Do I have enough brain power for a full course load? Do I have enough hours in the day for all of this?

But before I go searching for the panic button, I try to remember a few things:

I survived 12 years of school before I even set a foot into college.

I successfully completed 5 semesters of college up to this point.

I am 3 semesters away from graduating.

I remind myself of these things that help put my semester ahead in perspective. And I realize I no longer need a panic button because I’m doing just fine.
