rough day today!

I woke up and my car wouldn’t start! I was late for work, and I didnt get to do the homework I wanted to do in the morning. Sad day. But! I had leftovers from my cooking bonanza with my good friend Nay Aung, he is a pretty good cook and made deliciously spicey chicken with Burmese spices. We went to whole foods (the local co-op which actually isnt part of the whole foods chain, go figure) and to superone for shopping necessities. This is the time of year when people start to run out of their meal plans, since they are all so generous and give meals to those who dont have meal plans. So, I drove Nay to the store, and he cooked me the food. I made an artichoke, but it was GROSS. For some reason. Maybe the reason was that I have never baked an artichoke before. I guess Ill have to do better next time. Until then!
