Stress Relief
The end of the year is rounding out and for a senior this can be a very stressful time. We have a lot to think about including resumes, interviews, jobs, where we want to start our careers, etc. We also are dealing with emotions of growing up, starting a career, no more time off in the summers, and basically becoming an adult for the first time. I can say from experience that this has been a stressful time. To help relieve my stress I love to exercise! I am a tennis player and a golfer, currently in golf season here at CSS. When I’m not golfing I love yoga sculpt, and cycling. I can’t always make it down to Evolve Studio so when I need a quick and easy sweat I head to the BWC and ride the bike, run on the treadmill, lift some free weights and end with stretching and abs. Fitness and health is a huge part of my lifestyle and although it’s not always perfect I try to strive to better myself each day!
